1. Believe in working in an environment where people like to work because they are treated with respect.
2. Believe everybody has bad days and, thus, unfortunately, cannot always guarantee Number One.
3. Believe we should always try to produce work we can be proud of, our clients will love, our mothers wouldn’t be ashamed of, and our peers will admire.

5. Believe in working directly on our clients’ business.
6. Believe the best work comes from inspiration not fear. (if inspiration isn’t working we reserve the right to give fear a try.)
7. Believe in not hiring, or working with, unpleasant people. And we don’t care how talented or rich they are.
8. Believe we should be fairly compensated for our talents, efforts and expertise. Please.
9. Don’t believe in Father Christmas (unless strongly encouraged by someone of preschool age.)
